UniTo Students: How and Why to Participate
Participating in a Students’ Challenge means taking on real challenges, working in teams and in direct contact with companies and institutions. Over the course of about six weeks, the groups go through various stages, transforming their ideas into concrete projects, thanks also to the support of experts and mentors.
The initiative is open to all students enrolled at the University of Turin. Applicants can apply individually or in groups, with a preference for multidisciplinary teams. The Entrepreneurship and Spin-Off team will handle the initial organization of teams based on individual applications and can supplement or balance existing groups to create the right mix of skills and offer a stimulating experience for each student. Kick-off Day will provide participants with an opportunity to get to know each other and receive instructions on how to complete their teams and begin the challenge.
Participants will receive a digital Open Badge that can potentially be converted into 3 CFU credits, as well as access to professional development opportunities and rewards (defined from time to time depending on the company launching the challenge).
The Students’ Challenges are held in Italian and attendance at the main events is mandatory.
